Athena's Revenge

Athena’s Revenge are a female fronted original rock band hailing from Stoke on Trent. Formed in early 2019 and The band originally featured members previously with bands including Hypothesis, Angels & Idols, Theatre of Silence & Seven Deadly Sins. The band’s sound is inspired by the female and male vocal styles of Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, Evanescence and Beyond The Black but also heavily inspired by Metallica and Iron Maiden with 2 guitars, bass and drums, The band played their first gig in September 2019 at The Rigger and have followed this up with a number of support slots locally and in the West Midlands with the Pilgrim’s Pit gig on 29th February 2020 their first headline show. The band features Tess Foster-McTigue on vocals, Carl Foster-McTigue on Rhythm Guitar & Vocals, Dan Harrowven on Lead Guitars, Paul Johnson on Bass and Nick Cusworth on Drums.
